The standard timelines for running the EmbodyHealth programs, and suggested promotional schedules, are provided here for your reference when planning the Health & Productivity calendar for your organization. Because each organization may offer these programs at different times, we have made the timelines general, using “Week1, Week 4,…” rather than specific dates. This way, you are free to adapt the general schedule to your specific needs.

My Weight Solution

What is it?

My Weight Solution is an interactive, six week online program for weight management that is easy to implement, incentivize and promote. Great to promote in Quarter 1 for those with New Years Resolutions or during Quarter 4 for a pre-holiday weight management campaign!

How do I implement it?

Week 1: Launch My Weight Solution communication materials available here and employees begin to register

Week 2: Send registration reminder

Week 3-7: Track weight, nutrition and physical activity online at www.RelphHealth.com

Week 8: Last week to complete My Weight Solution program (at least 6 weeks of tracking plus completing end of program survey)

Week 10: RBA reports on My Weight Solution participants

How do I complete it?

  • Enroll
  • Track Weight & Activity for a minimum of 6 weeks
  • Complete Post-Program Questionnaire in the sixth week

Walk To Wellness (**see note above)

What is it?

Walk to Wellness is a set 28-day walking campaign from April 16 through May 29, 2012. This program targets your inactive population to track steps or minutes as individuals or groups.

How do I implement it?

Week of April 16: Launch Walk to Wellness communication materials available here and employees begin to register

Week of April 23: Send registration reminder

May 1: Registration ends

May 2: Begin tracking walking activity

May 29: Last day of walking

June 13: Last day to log walking activity

Week of June 25: RBA reports on Walk to Wellness participants

How do I complete it?

  • Enroll by 4/30
  • Set a steps/minutes goal
  • Reach Goal within 28-day campaign
  • Complete Post-Program Questionnaire

My Fitness Solution

What is it?

My Fitness Solution is a program designed to help people incorporate four essential aspects of overall fitness into their health habits: Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, and Balance. Provides guidance to help enrollees at all levels meet or exceed minimum physical activity guidelines.

How do I implement it?

Week 1: Launch My Fitness Solution communication materials available here and employees begin to register.

Week 2: Send registration reminder

Week 3-7: Track weight, nutrition and physical activity online at www.RelphHealth.com.

Week 8: Last week to complete My Fitness Solution program (at least 6 weeks of tracking plus completing end of program survey).

My Smoke-Free Future

What is it?

My Smoke-Free Future is a program that helps increase your chances of quitting. Participants can progress at their own pace, create personalized Quit Tools to meet their needs, and receive regularly scheduled e-mails to keep them motivated on the path to success.

How do I implement it?

Week 1: Launch My Smoke-Free Future communication materials available here and employees begin to register

Week 2: Send registration reminder

Week 3: Registration ends, goal date must be set for at least 2 weeks prior to program end date

Week 4-7: Encourage participants to complete program activities

Week 8: Last week to complete to earn incentive

Week 10: RBA reports on My Smoke-Free Future participants

How do i complete it?

  • Enroll
  • Set a Goal Date
  • Journal Activity
  • Successfully Achieve Goal Date
  • Complete Post-Program Questionnaire two weeks after achieving goal date
